BJP'S VICTORY CELEBRATION VS INDIAN DEMOCRACY,POLITICS

BJP'S victory in Karnata causes a celebration in Delhi within one or two day the party worker(so called, i love to name them like this) arranged the banner, jhandas etc. at huge amount near Parliament Street in Delhi. The question arises : how does& at what speed these "party workers" are able to arrange these things shows that Indians have lot of energy and money too.But only when the celebration is of political nature.Suppose if any one whould have asked these people that please arrange the money or books, pencils for the poor children's educations, would they have been able to work at such a huge speed?
I am not blaming BJP alone, the same is the case with CONGRESS,BSP & OTHER PARTIES also. When CONGRESS wanted to have TALKATORA STADIUM they got it inspite of it being closed for the restructuring for the COMMONWEALTH GAME 2010 & the amount being spended on the beautification of the stage with flowers was also very huge.Question again arises who funded them? Who work behind them? Does we Indian spend money only for the politician or political parties who can help them to get something or for image boosting purpose in public they are spending money on these issue? Now-a-days we lack people with the political commitment and social commitment which resulted into criminalisation of politics. Then at the end of the day we curse the politicians only.Does we do anything to stop all these?
Both the people and the party is required to work on it and decide what to do about it otherwise a vicious cycle will arise "to please the powerfull and affulents and use the unprivileged one as a prop for social services". The democracy will then get confined to only few people rather than serving the large masses.PLEASE DO SOMETHING BECAUSE WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING.
